What this site is

An informational site about Consultto AI Agents, plus a form to request a demonstration. Browsing it creates no contract and no obligation for either side. Submitting the form is a request for contact, not an order, and does not oblige us to provide a demonstration or you to accept one.

What Consultto is, and what it is not

Consultto is a software provider. Consultto is not a certification body and not an accreditation body. We do not perform audits, we do not issue certificates, and we do not accredit anyone. Our software assists the people who do that work; it does not replace them or their responsibility for it.

Everything our agents produce is a draft until a competent person of the certification body reviews it. The audit, the professional judgment on every finding, the technical review and the certification decision remain with your people, as the applicable standards require. Nothing on this site should be read as suggesting otherwise.

The content is not advice

The articles, explanations and examples on this site — including everything in the blog — are general information about how management system certification works. They are not legal advice, not accreditation advice, and not a substitute for reading the applicable standard, scheme rules or mandatory documents, which are the only authoritative sources. Requirements change and interpretations differ between accreditation bodies and schemes.

The client names, certificates, findings and figures shown in the product screenshots on this site are fictional examples. They illustrate how the software works and do not represent real organisations or real audits.

Standards and trademarks

This site refers to management system standards and certification schemes by name so it is clear what the software works with. ISO, IEC, IAF, IATF, FSSC, BRCGS, SQF, IFS and the other names and marks used here belong to their respective owners. Consultto is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any of them, and naming a scheme does not imply any approval of our software by its owner.

The text, design, illustrations and code of this site belong to Consultto. You may read, print and share them for your own evaluation. You may not copy them to build a competing offering, republish them as your own, or use our name or logo to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Using the site properly

Use the form to make genuine enquiries. Do not submit false information or someone else’s details, do not send confidential information about your certified clients, and do not use the form for automated, bulk or commercial messages. We may decline to respond to, and delete, anything that falls outside that.

Do not attempt to disrupt the site, gain access to parts of it that are not public, or extract its content by automated means at a scale that affects its operation.

Availability and liability

We keep this site available and its content accurate as best we can, but we provide it as it is. We do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that every statement will remain current as standards and scheme rules evolve. We may change or withdraw any part of it at any time.

To the extent the law allows, Consultto is not liable for decisions taken on the basis of information published on this site, nor for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the minimum the applicable law permits. Nothing here limits liability for fraud or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

How we handle the data you send through this site is set out in our privacy notice, which forms part of these terms.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The version published here, with the date at the top, is the one that applies. Continuing to use the site after a change means the updated terms apply to you. For anything about these terms, write to hola@consultto.com.
